In 2009, Mike founded Peak Realty, but his passion for real estate and Northern Minnesota living go all the way back to when he purchased his very first home in Duluth, MN in 1987. Since then, he has owned and managed rental properties in the area for 30+ years.
Throughout his same working career, he has also worked for the County, State and Corporate realms in various real estate related disciplines.
When Mike isn’t helping families buy and sell homes, you can find him spending much of his time enjoying the great outdoors fishing, golfing and traveling with his family.
As a lifelong resident of the Twin Ports area with a B.A. in Management, Master’s in Project Management and 8 years of service in the Air National Guard, Trent brings a unique perspective, and professionalism to Peak Realty.
From dealing with VA mortgage companies to guiding homeowners through the real estate process, you can always count on Trent’s commitment and drive to keep things moving along.
In his free time, Trent stays busy spending time with his family, teaching his kids how to fish and hunt, while staying active in the community as a member of the Duluth Warriors Hockey team.
